Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan is ad-supported and includes every core app — Mail, Orders, Products, Accounts, Design Studio, Delivery and Connected Marketing — with unlimited orders, quotes and clients. Paid plans add team features, your storefront, a dedicated server and priority support.
Do I need a Google account?
No. Your Skuy login is its own account — every app works without Google. Only the Mail app connects to Gmail, and it will ask you to link your Google account the first time you open it. Your business login email and your Gmail address can be completely different.
What exactly is a Custom App?
A real app, in your app switcher, built for your business: your fields, your workflow, your theme — running on the same platform as Orders and Mail, hosted by us, shared with your team. Editable Apps work the same way on the built-in apps: point at a feature, describe the change, and it reshapes to your spec.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes — the Business plan adds multi-user access at $49 per user, and Enterprise adds multi-location access at $99 per location. Everyone shares the same orders, clients, catalog and files, scoped safely to your company.
Is my data safe?
Your data is isolated to your company and encrypted where it matters: connection tokens are encrypted at rest, sessions are HttpOnly, new accounts are activated by email verification, and we never see or store your Google password — Gmail access is granted by Google directly and revocable by you at any time.
